Rix Pool & Spa Return Policy
From time to time a patron may need to return an item or cancel an item that has been placed on 'Special Order' with a vendor.  For 'commodity' type items that are regularly stocked and sold by Rix Pool & Spa; returns will be accepted on items that have not been opened, with acceptable proof of purchase such as the original receipt, or by a record in our data base; within 30 days of purchase.  Refunds may be issued onto the original credit card; be in the form of a company check; or by credit placed on a Rix Pool & Spa gift card; regardless of original method of payment.  Chemicals cannot be returned unless they are in the original container and the manufacturers seal is intact.  Rix Pool & Spa also reserves the right to limit or deny the return of any item, for any reason.  
Special orders:
"    Deposits on special orders subject to:
o    Forfeiture of deposit and/or restocking fee up to 25% of the purchase price of the item.
o    Subject to the original manufacturer or distributors willingness to accept the returned item and/or Rix Pool & Spa's ability to resell the special order item in the original packaging at the original price.
"     Specialty parts, hot tub covers, safety style pool covers, above ground pools, and other such items that have to be custom ordered from a manufacturer or supplier, are subject to a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of purchase.  
"    Hot Tubs, Sauna rooms, and/or Whole Goods that can either be returned to the manufacturer or supplier or eventually re-sold as they were ordered for you in good faith by Rix Pool & Spa, are subject to a 25% restocking fee for any such items that have/had to be special ordered.
